Camp of Tales & Enchantment

Camp of Tales & Enchantment

It’s silly and crazy and funny and full of imagination!

Made up stories tall and true

Fairytales are thrown in too

With puppets, music, crafts and stones

And a Kazoo band in jazzy tones

The Camp is 5-sixty minute sessions ending with a big finish Kazoo Band Concert!

Each day we play with a mixed bag of tricks to learn stories, be they fairy, true or made up. On day 5 we wrap-up with a ‘Kazoo Band and Concert’ to showcase our talents.

Fun for ages 5 – 10

Space in each Camp is limited

Fairytales from Far and Near

Fairytales from Far and Near

There are wizards, there be dragons, lofty royals, humble poor,

Otherworldly magic from the mountains to the moors,

The wisdom of the elders; watch for the number three

Fairytales crossed many lands o’er the centuries.

The beauty of Fairytales is that they are everlasting! From them we hear what dangers may lurk, what fear is, how to face it and how to overcome it. There are often humble beginnings and happy endings complete with true love and a castle. We learn to trust the guidance of wise old women and men even when they are disguised. We enter into a world of bravery and courage where good hearts triumph over evil. What’s not to love?

The folk and fairy tales I tell come from all around the world. They are bewitching, beguiling, witty and silly, scary and hilarious! (But not too scary if you don’t want them to be.)

Fun for ages 5 and up
